Jin Shin Jyutsu is perfect for anyone who wants to participate in their own wellness program. Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioners provide simple, easy to learn self-help methods after the session so that clients can practise anytime, anywhere to strengthen and revitalize the body.
Self-help is the birth and core of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Through self-help, Jiro Murai first proved the efficiency of the Art to himself and from his self-healing, began the journey of its rediscovery. In self-help, the student receives the empowering message through experience that he or she can actually be self-sufficient.
Mary Burmeister have put together the essence of the teachings of the Art after years of study and dedication into three simple self-help books. In a self-help class, the student approaches the use and understanding of one or several of these simple, profound books and through them, the philosophy and the most practical tools of the Art. The tools can then immediately be used for oneself and family while the philosophy may gently shift one's focus away from the attitudes that keep reproducing the same stresses
5-Day Basic Seminar
The 5-day Basic Seminar is for those who want to study and practice Jin Shin Jyutsu and to apply the Art on themselves and others.
Each basic text seminar consists of two parts:
Part I – the foundation, introduces the dynamic qualities of the 26 Safety Energy Locks, the Trinity Flows, the concepts of Depths within the body, and the physio-philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Interspersed with lecture are ample periods of hands-on application.
Part II (prerequisite: Part I) - introduces the 12 organ flows, listening to pulses, the special body flows and how these contribute to harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
